ITx Collective — help us build what comes next

You've been part of ITx Collective events. We're designing a membership program that extends what you've experienced into something year-round — ongoing peer access, dedicated support, and resources you can bring back to your team. This survey helps us get it right. Five minutes.

What would you like to see more of from ITx Collective?

Beyond the events

Between events, how valuable would it be to have a named person at ITx Collective who knows your priorities and can connect you to the right peer when you need a sounding board?

Not a help desk. Someone who knows you're evaluating vendors or navigating a reorg and makes a warm intro to a member who just went through it.

Wouldn't use it
Extremely valuable

If your membership included passes for your direct reports — VPs, Directors — to attend forums and dinners alongside you, how much easier does it become to justify the investment through your training or professional development budget?

Doesn't help
Makes it a lock

If you had a pressing issue — a vendor decision, a reorg, a board presentation — and we could stand up a focused peer call within 72 hours built around your specific problem, how much does that change the value of a membership?

Wouldn't use it
Worth the membership alone

Imagine a members-only platform — not a noisy Slack group — built for high-signal Q&A between members and the executive council, plus a hub for event content, replays, and scheduling. How likely are you to engage with something like that?

You post a question about ERP migration and get a response from a CIO who did it last quarter. No noise. No vendors. No threads about lunch spots.

Wouldn't use it
Would use it weekly

If a membership gave you access to multiple networking events per year, a private peer community, on-demand peer support, and resources like board deck templates and compensation benchmarks — would that be something your organization would invest in for you and your team?

Very unlikely
Very likely
In your own words

What would a deeper, ongoing relationship with ITx Collective need to look like for you to stay engaged between events?

We're not asking about the events themselves — we know you value those. We want to know what keeps you connected the other 50 weeks of the year.

Think about the last year. Was there a decision where you wished you had a trusted group of peers to gut-check it with before you pulled the trigger?

We're considering benefits like anonymized compensation benchmarks, board deck template libraries, executive coaching, crisis communication playbooks, and curated vendor showcases. Which of these would you actually use — and what's missing from this list?

If you could bring one thing back from this membership to your leadership team, what would make them say it was worth the investment?

If you pay for other memberships, analyst subscriptions, or executive communities — what's the gap you're experiencing that none of them fill?

If ITx Collective delivered everything described above — the peer community, the on-demand support, the resources — plus covered all event registration, dinners, and travel expenses for you and your team for the year, what would feel like a reasonable annual investment?
